Fenwick Represents Whisper Aero in $32 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Whisper Aero, developer of propulsion technology intended to help reduce noise levels for aircraft, in its $32 million Series A financing. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, EVE Atlas, Capricorn's Technology Impact Fund and Connor Capital with additional participation from Kindred Ventures, Abstract Ventures, Moving Capital, AeroX Ventures, Cosmos Ventures, Linse Capital and LaunchTN.

Whisper Aero will use the new capital to grow its team and launch production. More information can be obtained from the announcement.

The transaction was led by corporate partner Steven Levine and associates Will Black, Erica Sun and Itka Safir.
