Fenwick Represents Wheels Labs in Acquisition by Helbiz

Fenwick represented Wheels Labs, a last-mile, shared electric mobility platform using proprietary vehicles with integrated helmet technology, in its acquisition by Helbiz, a company offering micro-mobility services.

The acquisition of Wheels Labs is expected to strengthen Helbiz’s operations by expanding its presence to 67 markets globally, creating a more diversified business model and enhancing the financial profiles of the company. More information can be obtained from the announcement.
