Fenwick Represents Whatnot in $150 Million Series C Financing

Fenwick represented Whatnot, a live stream platform and marketplace for collectors and enthusiasts, in its $150 million Series C financing.

The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz and Y Combinator’s Continuity Fund and new investor CapitalG. They joined angel investors Andre Iguodala, Logan Paul, Gokul Rajaram, Nilam Ganenthiran and others, bringing the company's total funding to $225 million to date.
