Fenwick Represents WeaveGrid in $35 Million Series B Financing

Fenwick represented WeaveGrid, a software company that builds data products to enable rapid electric vehicle (EV) adoption, in its $35 million Series B financing. The round was led by Salesforce Ventures with participation from Activate Capital, Collaborative Fund, Emerson Collective, MCJ Collective, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Coatue, Grok Ventures and The Westly Group.

WeaveGrid will use the new capital to accelerate the development of its product roadmap while continuing to improve the charging experience for EV drivers. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement. 

The transaction was led by corporate partner Mark Leahy, counsel Brian Hicks and associates Jennifer Wu and Sullivan Berthier.
