Fenwick Represents Voicera in Series A Financing

Fenwick & West represented Voicera, creator of the fast-growing enterprise virtual assistant Eva, in its Series A financing. The financing, combined with Voicera’s seed round, brings total funds raised by the company to $20 million. e.ventures led the round with participation from Battery Ventures, Cisco Investments, GGV Capital, Greycroft, GV (formerly Google Ventures), Microsoft Ventures, Salesforce Ventures and Workday Ventures.

Voicera will use the funds to continue the rollout of the company's innovative voice collaboration artificial intelligence (AI) system. More information about Voicera’s Series A financing can be obtained from the company announcement.
