Fenwick represented Vocera Communications (NYSE: VCRA), a leader in clinical communication and workflow solutions, in its intended acquisition of PatientSafe Solutions, an industry leader in clinical communication and collaboration solutions for healthcare.

Fenwick has served as outside counsel to Vocera since 2011, including representing the company in its 2012 initial public offering, $125 million convertible senior notes offering and acquisitions of EASE and Extension Healthcare.
