Fenwick Represents Underwriters led by Goldman Sachs in Informatica’s $408 Million Secondary Offering

Fenwick represented the underwriters in a registered secondary offering of 16,000,000 shares of Class A common stock of Informatica (NYSE: INFA), a developer of enterprise cloud data integration and management software, by certain funds associated with Permira and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board at a public offering price of $25.50 per share. As part of the offering, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,400,000 shares from the selling stockholders. Gross proceeds to the selling stockholders from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, were $408 million.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC acted as the lead book-running manager for the offering. In addition, J.P. Morgan acted as a lead book-running manager for the offering, as did BofA Securities and Citigroup. More information can be obtained from the news announcement.
