Fenwick & West represented Two Bit Circus, an experiential entertainment company, in its $15 million Series B financing. Jazz Venture Partners led the latest round with participation from existing investors Foundry Group, Techstars Ventures, and Intel Capital. New investors, including Dentsu Ventures and Georgian Pine, also participated. Two Bit Circus will use the funds to build a portfolio of next generation micro-amusement parks.
