Fenwick Represents Twelve Labs in $50M Series A Funding

Fenwick represented Twelve Labs, a video understanding company, in its $50 million Series A funding. The round was co-led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and NVIDIA's NVentures, with participation from previous investors including Index Ventures, Radical Ventures, Wndr Co, and Korea Investment Partners.

Twelve Labs will use the use the funds to expand its R&D and nearly double its headcount. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.

The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Alan Smith and included associates Shweta Kumar, Teresa Anselmo-Thai, and Kosha Patel.
