Fenwick & West represented Tweak Software, Inc., makers of the RV image and sequence viewer, in its recently announced asset sale to Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK), a software company aimed at helping people imagine, design and create a better world. Tweak’s team and technology will be joining Autodesk. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition will allow the combined teams to work side by side to build the review collaboration tools they need in the rapidly changing industry.
