Fenwick Represents Trusignal in Acquisition by TransUnion

Fenwick & West represented Trusignal, Inc., a leader in people-based marketing technology, in its announced acquisition by Trans Union LLC, a leading credit bureau. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
