Fenwick Represents Traba in $22 Million Financing
Fenwick represented Traba, a marketplace platform for light industrial staffing, in its $22 million financing. The round was led by Founders Fund, with participation from Khosla Ventures.
Traba will use the funds to accelerate its expansion into new regions and add more product features to its platform. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Steven Levine and included associates Jared Leung, Cecilia Grimaldi and Kaylee Johnson.
