Fenwick represented Traba, a jobs board designed to help entry-level workers find available shifts at fulfillment centers and event venues, in its $20 million Series A financing. The round was led by Khosla, with participation from Founders Fund, General Catalyst, SciFi VC and Atomic.
Traba will use the new capital to geographically expand and create several new product releases to improve their worker app, business app and backend tools. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partner Steve Levine and associates Jared Leung and Cecilia Grimaldi.
