Fenwick Represents tinyBuild in Acquisition of DogHelm Studios

Fenwick represented video game label tinyBuild (AIM: TBLD) in its acquisition of DogHelm Studios, a games developer and creator of Streets of Rogue.

The acquisition will help tinyBuild expand its position as a leading global developer and publisher, focusing on IP ownership while creating long-term scalable franchises across multiple media formats. More information can be obtained from the news announcement.
