Fenwick Represents Tile in Acquisition by Life360

Fenwick represented Tile, a smart location company, in its acquisition by Life360, a leading family safety platform. The acquisition will provide families and individuals across all life stages with a comprehensive cross-platform solution that enables location-based finding of people, pets and things.

The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022. More information about the deal can be found in Life360’s announcement.
