Fenwick & West represented This is L. Inc., a leading natural feminine care brand responsible for rapid growth and overall category growth, in its acquisition by The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE: PG), a leading consumer product provider with one of the strongest portfolios of trusted brands. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition of L. will grow P&G’s Feminine Care business in the naturals segment and accelerate growth for L. products while continuing to support women and girls together. More information about L.’s acquisition by P&G can be obtained from the company announcement.
