Fenwick represented Tekion, a cloud-based automotive software provider, in its $250 million Series D financing, valuing the company at $3.5 billion. The round was led by Alkeon Capital and co-led by Durable Capital and included existing investors Hyundai Motor Company, Advent International, Index Ventures and FM Capital.
