Fenwick represented Tastemade, a digital media company focused on food, travel and lifestyle programming, in its acquisition by Wonder, a vertically-integrated platform featuring some of the world’s best chefs.
The acquisition of Tastemade will contribute significantly to Wonder’s efforts to create a mealtime “super app” encompassing takeout and delivery services, meal kits, and now, an international production company, content studio and advertising business.
