Fenwick Represents Talos in Acquisition of Cloudwall

Fenwick represented Talos, a provider of institutional technology for trading digital assets, in its acquisition of Cloudwall, a developer of digital asset risk technology.

The technology and expertise of Cloudwall will enhance Talos’s existing portfolio management system (PMS), expanding it to deliver the industry’s next generation of portfolio management tools for digital assets. More information can be obtained from Talos’s announcement.
