Fenwick Represents Stripe in Agreement to Acquire TaxJar

Fenwick represented Stripe, a technology company that builds economic infrastructure for the internet, in its agreement to acquire TaxJar, a leading provider of sales tax software for internet businesses.

As the latest addition to Stripe’s revenue platform, TaxJar will make it easier for internet businesses to automate sales tax tasks and sell worldwide with minimal complexity. Additional information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.

Fenwick previously represented Stripe in its acquisition of Paystack.
