Fenwick Represents Streamlit in Agreement to Be Acquired by Snowflake

Fenwick represented Streamlit, an open-source framework to turn Python scripts into interactive apps, in its agreement to be acquired by Snowflake, a Data Cloud company.

Together, the two companies will enable developers to build apps using tools they love with simplified data access and governance. More information can be obtained from Streamlit’s announcement.
