Fenwick Represents Statespace in $15 Million Series A Financing

Fenwick represented Statespace, a company using cognitive science and artificial intelligence to bring data-driven training, analytics and social networking to gamers, in its $15 million Series A financing led by Khosla Ventures. The round also included existing investors such as FirstMark Capital, Lux Capital and Expa, as well as June Fund.
