Fenwick Represents Stampli in $61 Million Series D Financing

Fenwick represented Stampli, a startup that makes artificial intelligence-powered tools to help companies pay their bills, in its $61 million Series D financing. The round was led by Blackstone with participation from Insight Partners, SignalFire, Bloomberg Beta and NextWorld Capital.
