Fenwick Represents Square in Acquisition of Stitch Labs

Fenwick represented Square, Inc. (NYSE: SQ), which builds tools to empower businesses and individuals to participate in the economy, in its acquisition of Stitch Labs, an operations management platform for growing commerce brands.
