Fenwick represented Sozo Ventures in its investment in Carbon Robotics, a developer of an AI-powered robotics platform designed for weed elimination, as part of a $30M Series C financing. The round was led by Sozo Ventures along with Anthos Capital, Fuse Venture Capital, Ignition Partners, Liquid2 and Voyager Capital.
Carbon Robotics will use the new capital to expand its sales regions in North America, optimize and scale manufacturing, develop new software and hardware products and launch into international markets. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
