Fenwick Represents Side in $150 Million Series D Financing

Fenwick represented Side, a real estate technology company that transforms agents, teams and independent brokerages into boutique brands and businesses, in its $150 million Series D financing round, led by Coatue Management.

Side's latest financing round will support significant hiring to expand the platform beyond its three operating markets of California, Texas and Florida. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
