Fenwick Represents SCI Solutions in Acquisition by R1 RCM

Fenwick & West represented SCI Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of SaaS-based scheduling and patient access solutions, in its acquisition by R1 RCM Inc. (NASDAQ: RCM) for $190 million plus a $10 million earnout. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2020, subject to regulatory approval and other closing conditions.
