Fenwick Represents Sceye in Series C Funding

Fenwick represented Sceye, a leading U.S. aerospace company specializing in High-Altitude Platform Systems (HAPS), in its Series C funding. The round was led by Mawarid Holding Company (“Mawarid”).

Sceye will use the funds to accelerate its platform development and commercial roadmap, paving the way for the commercialization of its HAPS technology in 2025. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
