Fenwick & West represented Scalyr, Inc., a cloud-based log management and server monitoring service created and operated by two former Google engineers, in its $20 million Series A funding. Shasta Ventures led the round with participation from earlier investors, including Bloomberg Beta, Susa Ventures and Heroic Ventures.
The company will use the funds to scale sales and increase marketing efforts in addition to expanding their engineering and product teams. More information about Scalyr’s $20 million Series A financing can be obtained from the company announcement.
