Fenwick Represents Sawyer in Acquisition by DaySmart

Fenwick represented Sawyer, a provider of business management software for the children’s activities end market, in its acquisition by DaySmart, a provider of vertically-focused business management software.

The acquisition expands DaySmart’s offering within the recreation market to include scheduling and payments solutions for K-12 extracurricular activities. More information can be obtained from the news announcement.
