Fenwick represented SADA, a leading cloud business and technology consultancy and six-time winner of Google’s Cloud Partner of the Year award, in its acquisition by Insight Enterprises (Nasdaq: NSIT), a global solutions integrator that builds and manages data, AI and cybersecurity platforms for thousands of partners.
