Fenwick Represents Russell Westbrook in Leading $63 Million Strategic Investment in Varo Bank

Fenwick represented Russell Westbrook, an NBA All-Star and MVP and entrepreneur and philanthropist, in leading a $63 million strategic investment in Varo Bank, an all-digital nationally chartered bank with a social impact focus.

Westbrook joins Varo as an investor and advisor and will have direct input into the future direction of Varo's social impact programs serving communities of color and Black communities. More information about the deal can be found through the deal announcement.
