Fenwick Represents Rescale in $115M Series D Funding

Fenwick represented Rescale, a company that sells access to software that powers research and development simulations, in its $115 million Series D funding. The round included participation from NVIDIA, SineWave Ventures, and the venture arm of Applied Materials.

Rescale will use the funds to grow its research and development division, including adding offerings to help customers more easily build AI physics models. More information can be obtained from the news announcement. 

The Fenwick transaction teams was led by corporate partner Steven Levine and included associates Summer Yin and Brandon Ho.
