Fenwick is representing RepairPal, an auto repair price estimator platform, in its pending acquisition by Yelp, an online content market-based platform.
The acquisition of RepairPal will accelerate Yelp’s broader services efforts by expanding its offerings in the multi-billion dollar U.S. automobile services sector. Yelp will purchase RepairPal for $80 million in cash, and the transaction is expected to close by the end of 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
