Fenwick Represents Redfin in $110 Million Investment from Durable Capital Partners LP

Fenwick & West represented Redfin Corporation (NASDAQ: RDFN), a technology-powered real estate brokerage, in its agreement to sell $110 million of capital stock to Durable Capital Partners LP.

The proposed sale consists of a combination of common and preferred stock, and the closing is subject to customary closing conditions.
