Fenwick Represents Radian in Investment in Covered Insurance Solutions

Fenwick & West represented Radian Group Inc. (NYSE: RDN), a public company offering industry-leading mortgage insurance and a comprehensive suite of mortgage, risk, real estate, and title services, in its strategic investment in Covered Insurance Solutions Inc., an independent digital insurance agency. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.
