Fenwick & West represented Quizlet Inc., one of the largest user-generated consumer learning platforms, in its $20 million Series B financing. Icon Ventures led the round with participation from Union Square Ventures, Costanoa Ventures, Owl Ventures and Altos Ventures in follow-on investments.
