Fenwick Represents Qualified Health in $30M Seed Funding

Fenwick represented Qualified Health, a public benefit corporation providing the infrastructure for generative AI in healthcare, in its $30 million Series Seed funding. The round included participation from SignalFire, Healthier Capital, Town Hall Ventures, Frist Cressey Ventures, Intermountain Ventures, Flare Capital Partners, and prominent healthcare and technology sector angels.

Qualified Health will use the funds to develop the infrastructure for generative AI in healthcare. More information can be obtained here.
