Fenwick & West LLP represented Pubmatic, Inc., the programmatic advertising platform company for leading publishers, in its recently announced acquisition of Mocean Mobile, a leading enterprise-grade mobile ad server for publishers. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition broadens PubMatic’s existing mobile offering, specifically by supplementing their mobile app, mobile web and tablet capabilities with a mobile as server.
