Fenwick Represents PlushCare in Acquisition by Accolade

Fenwick represented PlushCare, a leading provider of virtual primary care and mental health treatment, in its acquisition by Accolade. More information about the deal can be found in Accolade’s announcement.

Fenwick previously represented PlushCare in its $23 million Series B financing announced in June 2020.

Fenwick has served as outside counsel to PlushCare since 2016, led by corporate partner Michael Esquivel.
