Fenwick represented Pixxel, a developer of hyperspectral earth-imaging technology, in its additional $24 million raise as part of its Series B financing, bringing the total for the round to $60 million. The round added two new investors, M&G Catalyst and Glade Brook Capital Partners.
Pixxel will use the funds to accelerate the development and launch of Pixxel’s entire constellation of 18 commercial hyperspectral satellites and to support the growth of Pixxel's software offerings, including Aurora, its AI-driven Earth Observation platform. More information can be obtained here.
The Fenwick transaction team was led by corporate partners Michael Brown and Ari Haber and included associate John Clancy.
