Fenwick & West represented Peloton Interactive, Inc., a leading global fitness technology company, in its $550 million Series F financing. TCV, one of the world’s largest technology growth equity firms, led the round with participation from existing investors, including Tiger Global, True Ventures, Wellington Management, Fidelity (FMRCo), NBCUniversal, Kleiner Perkins and Balyasny as well as new investors, including Felix Capital, Winslow Capital and other mutual fund partners.
