Fenwick & West represented PebblePost, Inc., the creator of Programmatic Direct Mail®, in its $25 million Series C financing. Advanced Venture Partners (AVP) led the round and joins a roster of prior investors that include RRE, Greycroft, Tribeca Venture Partners, strategic investors, angels and pioneers in digital media.
PebblePost’s platform is the first to bring digital advertising capabilities to physical mail and the new capital will enhance the company’s capabilities to convert shoppers into buyers with meaningful mail.
