Fenwick & West represented Path, Inc., a mobile photo-sharing and messaging service for building personal social networks, in its recently announced acquisition of TalkTo, Inc., creators of a smartphone application that helps its users correspond with local businesses via text messages. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
