Fenwick & West represented Papertrail Inc., a cloud-based log management company, in its recently announced acquisition by SolarWinds (NYSE:SWI), a leading provider of powerful and affordable IT performance management solutions, for a cash purchase price of $41 million.
The acquisition will allow the SolarWinds® cloud product family to collect, monitor, search, analyze and act on log data across on-premise, SaaS and cloud-based environments. More information about Papertrail’s acquisition by SolarWinds can be obtained from the company press release.
