Fenwick Represents Palm Tree Crew in its Licensing and Branding Deal with Highgate Hotels

Fenwick represented Palm Tree Crew, a diversified consumer brand, live events, and multiproduct investment company co-founded by DJ Kygo and his manager Myles Shear, in its licensing and branding agreement with Highgate Hotels, a hospitality investment and management firm.

Palm Tree Crew is collaborating with Miami real estate development firm Continuum Company to open The Palm Tree Club, a music-based experiential hotel and restaurant concept, in December. Following its redevelopment, Highgate Hotel will manage and operate the venture under the licensing and branding deal. More information can be obtained from the company's announcement.
