Fenwick & West is representing Packet, a leading bare metal automation platform, in its definitive agreement to be acquired by Equinix, Inc. (Nasdaq: EQIX), a global interconnection and data center company. The companies anticipate the acquisition to close during the first quarter of fiscal year 2020.
