Fenwick & West represented Outreach, a sales-automation company, in its $30 million Series C financing. DFJ Growth led the round with participation from Mayfield, MHS Capital, Microsoft Ventures, Trinity Ventures and Four Rivers Group. The company will use the funds for product development.
