Fenwick Represents OODA Health in Agreement to Be Acquired by Cedar

Fenwick represented OODA Health, a healthcare technology company focused on improving the healthcare administrative experience with payers and providers, in its definitive agreement to be acquired by Cedar, an innovative healthcare financial technology platform, for $425 million.

The combined companies will offer a complete financial technology platform in healthcare, enabling a leading consumer experience through payer and provider alignment. More information about the deal can be found in OODA Health’s announcement.
