Fenwick Represents Nylas in $25 Million Series B Financing

Fenwick represented Nylas, a leading provider of communications APIs for developers, in its $25 million Series B financing.

The round was led by 8VC and Round13 Capital, with participation from existing investors Spark Capital, ScaleUP and Slack Ventures and new investor Citi Ventures.

Nylas plans to allocate the funding to scale sales and marketing activities while accelerating product innovation. More information can be obtained from the company’s announcement.
